Kiacert uses your Google account to access your Slides template, Sheets data, and Drive folder. Your files are never stored on our servers.

Set up your certificate run
Paste the three Google links below. Your Slides template must use placeholders like {{Name}}, {{Certificate No}} etc.
The slide that contains your certificate design with placeholders.
Row 1 must be headers matching your placeholders. Each row = one certificate.
PDFs will be saved here. Make sure you have edit access.
Send certificates by email
Email each certificate as a PDF attachment after generating
Load your sheet columns first to compose the email with real field names.

How to use Kiacert
Step-by-step guide to your first certificate batch.

Prepare your Google Slides template
Create your certificate design in Google Slides. Add placeholders like {{Name}}, {{Course}}, {{Date}} in text boxes where personalised data should appear.
Placeholders must be inside editable text boxes, not images.

Set up your Google Sheets data
Row 1 should be headers matching your placeholders. Row 2 onwards is one recipient per row. If you are sending emails, include an email column.

Create a Drive destination folder
Create a folder in Google Drive where certificates will be saved. Make sure you have edit access.

Paste your links and configure email
Sign in, paste your three links, and optionally turn on email delivery. Compose your email using the placeholder inserter to personalise it with sheet data.
Use the Preview and Test send buttons before running your full batch.

Select recipients and generate
After the pre-check, review all rows and deselect any you want to skip. The live counter shows how many units you need. Each certificate uses 1 unit.
