Questions
Do I need design skills?
No. Upload the design you already have (or start from a blank page), then place the name and other details by dragging them. Long names shrink automatically to fit.
What does one unit cost, and what does it include?
One unit makes one certificate, including emailing it and its public verification page. Bundles start at ₦2,500 for 50 certificates, and new accounts get 5 free.
Will Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa names print correctly?
Yes. Names like Ọláọlúwa Adéṣinà and Ɓello print with their accents. If a chosen font cannot print a letter, Kiacert warns you before you generate.
How does someone check a certificate is real?
Every certificate has a unique ID and QR code. Scanning it opens a Kiacert page that confirms who it was issued to, by whom and when. You can revoke a certificate at any time.
How do attendees receive their certificates?
Either download everything (one PDF for printing or a ZIP of separate files), or let Kiacert email each person a link to view, download and share theirs.
What happens to my attendee data?
Lists are used only to make and deliver your certificates. Payment is handled by Paystack; Kiacert never sees card details.
