Units come back automatically
- If a certificate cannot be made, its unit is returned to your balance straight away.
- If a whole run fails after our retries, every unit it used is returned.
- Units do not expire while your account is open, so returned units are never lost.
Money back for purchases
You can get your money back for a bundle when:
- You ask within 14 days of buying it, and none of its units have been used, or
- You were charged but the units never arrived in your account, or you were charged twice.
If some units from a bundle have been used, we can refund the unused part at the price per unit you paid, at our discretion, for example if Kiacert did not work as described.
What we cannot refund
- Certificates that were made correctly from the design and list you provided. Please use the preview and checks before confirming a run.
- Free units, which have no cash value.
- Accounts closed for breaking our terms, except where the law requires otherwise.
How to ask
Email support@kiacert.com from the address on your account with the Paystack reference or the date of the payment. We reply within two working days. Approved refunds are sent back through Paystack to the card or account you paid with; how long the money takes to arrive depends on your bank.
